Position Overview:
As part of the talented Maintenance team, the Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a group of skilled tradesmen, as well as support personnel and assign work while meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. Recommend and execute improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions through listening, engaging employees and problem solving. Act as the company conduit for employee communications to keep employees abreast of news and information.

- Own the four (4) main metrics (safety, quality, delivery, productivity/people) - understand results & implement action plans to close gaps & meet targets
- Support manufacturing in assigning, supporting, and troubleshooting all machine and facility issues that may affect production with prioritization of the team’s activities.

- Communication: Display professionalism and represent the Company as a leader of the organization in all communications and interactions with employees at all levels of the organization
- Utilize tools such as CMMS Systems and RCM methodology to complete daily tasks and plan preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Responsible for safety of team and safety compliance to include PPE adherence, safety policy adherence, conducting safety audits, correcting unsafe behaviors & conditions. Conducts incident investigation reports in partnership with EH&S.
- Conducts and leads Continuous Improvement efforts by using tools such as Andon, Spaghetti Diagrams Line Balancing; 5S, DMIAC, Root Cause Analysis etc. Identifies roadblocks and barriers encountered by work teams; pulls together and leads cross functional teams to address issues and execute actions needed.
- Drive accountability to policies and procedures; makes discretionary decisions that are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan.
- Manages performance issues; administer disciplinary actions and corrective actions, conducts performance evaluations for all employees.
- Resolves conflict within team and across teams; investigates routine personnel issues in partnership with HR
- Manage timekeeping & absenteeism; update UKG/Kronos; sign off on timecards; ensure compliance to start/stop times, breaktimes & mealtimes
- Work with leaders in upstream and downstream processes to achieve metrics - Partner with peers to resolve production and quality issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree required.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Must understand the liOT and its interaction with maintenance and manufacturing measurements.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong employee relations management experience.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation related to machines and advanced Machine technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in UKG/Kronos.
- Lean Six Sigma Experience.

- Ability to work in an office and indoor industrial environment.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
