Job Description
This role is dedicated for all rounded Non-IT indirect procurement discipline including but not limited to Event related services, Travel, Professional Service (i.e
Consulting, Legal services, HR), Marketing and other Corporate Services as assigned
Responsibilities: Proactive collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications, demands and upcoming project initiatives in the pipeline Responsible for procurement duties, including supplier sourcing, pre-qualification, RFx, cost analysis and negotiation, recommendation, contract management, spend analysis and reporting Support AXA’s vendor risk framework whenever applicable Ensure principles of value for money, Total cost of ownership, transparency, fairness, efficiency and accountability are evident in key company dealings Key Business Partners: Internal parties include Group Procurement Community, Finance, Operation, Distribution, HR, Marketing, Legal, Security, Compliance and other business units etc
External suppliers and Group strategic vendors Qualifications: 2+ years of working experience in procurement field, fresh graduates are welcome and would be considered for the position of Assistant Officer
Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Business related studies is preferred Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers are required Comfortable with various digital tools (e.g., Coupa P2P and Sourcing, CLM, TPRM or any Procurement platform) and AI automation Strong sense of ownership, accountability and agility of change Excellent understanding of legal requirements for tendering, contract management Excellent in communication and influencing skills with all levels of people Good time management skills, proactive and with a “can do” spirit Excellent negotiation experience and skills A good team player of collaborative, result-oriented, detail-minded, able to work in fast paced working environment and able to handle well on pressure About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide
