Job Description
EUC Leader
Requirements
Must have:
- Onsite IT Team Lead responsible for coordinating EUC and Field Service teams, with advanced expertise in Windows environments (711) and end-user computing.
- Strong background in hardware/software troubleshooting, Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 administration. Proven experience managing technicians, delivering training, and producing high-quality technical documentation.
- Skilled in ServiceNow operations, security tools (antivirus/antimalware), and L1/L2 service desk support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, including printer and onsite support operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate EUC and Field Service (FSE) teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals and SLAs.
- Oversee daily service desk (L1/L2) operations, ensuring timely incident resolution and high user satisfaction.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex hardware, software, and Windows environment issues.
- Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments, including user access, policies, and configuration.
- Administer and optimize Intune and endpoint management solutions for device compliance and security.
- Supervise and support onsite activities, including printer management and end-user device support.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Train and mentor junior technicians, improving team capabilities in complex IT environments.
- Ensure proper use and management of ServiceNow, including ticket tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
- Monitor and manage endpoint security tools (antivirus, antimalware, antispam) and respond to incidents proactively.
Required Languages
English Fluent advanced 96- 100%
Special Requirements
Relocation to USA / hold dual citizenship or U.S. residency.
