Manager of Data Engineering & Architecture - Hybrid / Remote

This role provides hands-on technical and strategic direction for data engineering and process automation capabilities supporting enterprise analytics and healthcare operations. The Manager, Data Engineering & Architecture, is accountable for building and scaling modern, cloud-first data platforms that enable clinicians, administrators, and executives to make informed, data-driven decisions. The role oversees a growing team of data engineers and plays a central part in advancing the organization’s Azure-based data transformation, including the use of Azure Databricks and related services. Responsibilities span people leadership, platform architecture, delivery execution, and governance, with a strong focus on healthcare data standards, security, and regulatory compliance.
