Part-Time Intake Team Support Specialist (Walled Lake)

Seeking enthusiastic part-time team member to support our Walled Lake intake team Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30AM- 4:30 PM. The team support specialist will assist individuals through their intake check-in and check-out, schedule follow up appointments, educate individuals on EM services and Same Day Access Process, Scan documents such as ID and insurance card, and communicate with others across diverse communication channels including telephone, telehealth, email, live chat, and in-person interactions. An ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced office setting and able to engage individuals in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner.
