Job Description: Manage Agency NBI Execute planned activities to stimulate production and achieve NBI targets

Communicate company news, campaigns, and challenges to agents in assigned areas

Monitor and analyze operational issues, providing solutions to improve efficiency

Promote sales practices in compliance with Market Conduct principles

Drive digital adoption (Paperless processes) among agents

Encourage needs-based selling and promote a diverse product mix aligned with customer-centric approach

Manage Agency Manpower Support agent recruitment and retention activities Resolve obstacles impacting agent growth Coach and motivate agents for long-term sustainability Manage Agency Productivity Drive case count and case size growth Monitor and guide agent performance to meet targets Report progress, issues, and action plans Expense & Budget Management Manage activities within approved budgets Coordinate execution to ensure timely delivery Optimize budget allocation for maximum effectiveness Persistency Management Drive policy retention initiatives Educate agents on persistency importance Monitor and improve persistency performance
