Clinical Application Specialist Trainer II

Acts as a technical liaison between the site users and the Information Systems department; troubleshoot, gathering information, developing the system to user needs, and working towards the goal of implementing and running successful system applications. Provides assistance in file maintenance, user security, system upgrades and implementation. Supports and troubleshoots systems as they pertain to the users interface and to the applications themselves. Provides primary EMR training to end users, as well as EMR training to physicians.   This position is primarily remote. However, the role requires occasional on-site presence to conduct training and support providers and clinic go-live implementations.
