ServiceNow Software Engineer
Job Description
Strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM, delivering enterprise-grade configuration and customization aligned with platform best practices
Proven experience delivering fresh/greenfield ServiceNow implementations, establishing foundational data models, workflows, integrations, and core platform capabilities
Ability to contribute to and support solution design and technical implementation, including development, configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities
Experience participating in technical design discussions, code reviews, and end-to-end build delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and maintainable solutions
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions
Demonstrated capability to mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and support day-to-day development execution without formal people-management responsibility
Comfortable working in enterprise and consulting delivery environments, collaborating with architects, functional leads, and client stakeholders
Certifications (Required / Preferred): ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and/or ITOM strongly preferred (multiple CIS certifications a plus).
