Job Description
Harrington Process Solutions is seeking a National Accounts Sales Operations Manager to support our National Accounts team and help drive growth across the business. This role partners closely with the VP of National Accounts and regional sales leaders to ensure sales strategies, operational processes, and project execution are aligned to deliver results.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about enabling sales teams to succeed through coaching, process discipline, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the VP of National Accounts to deliver on revenue, margin, and sales expense targets.
Lead the sales and operations planning cadence, including meetings, reviews, and reporting.
Support sales leaders by driving adoption of sales management processes, tools, and best practices.
Manage key sales projects from planning through execution—tracking, reporting, and ensuring adoption of change initiatives.
Assist sales teams in resource utilization, pipeline management, and execution of marketing campaigns.
Support pricing strategy development and the rollout of value-added services (VMI, stocking programs, etc.).
Implement structured project processes across OEM, VMI, industrial/construction, and large/complex delivery projects.
Serve as a coach and resource to sales teams on Harrington’s value proposition and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or related industry role.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization and provide effective feedback.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive adoption of best practices.
