Program Manager – Retail & Consumer Services

Role Overview We are seeking a client-facing Program Manager to lead large/medium scale transformation and delivery programs for retail and consumer services clients in South Africa. The role requires strong domain understanding of retail value chain and strong delivery execution experience across the domain areas such as retail operations, omnichannel commerce, warehouse management, point of sale, and customer experience, understanding and experience executing the application development, maintenance , support using MS .net technology, Manhattan WMS, Oracle ERP (HCM/Fusion), SAP Finance and executing AI enabled/led transformations , along with the ability to manage senior client stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes. Must travel onsite/to client locations on need basis
