Director of Population Health (Operations and Clinical Support)

The Director of Population Health will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive population health strategy aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of STAR Kids and STAR/CHIP members. This leader will drive initiatives that address clinical outcomes, social determinants of health, and health equity, while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective care delivery. This role is instrumental in shaping scalable, data-driven programs that enhance quality, reduce avoidable costs, and improve member experience across the continuum of care.
