Customer Service Representative Supervisor Spain
You will ensure customer satisfaction by professional handling of customer requests and increase sales by customer service team via prompting of orders not yet received and informing customers/prospects of commercial opportunities.
About the role
- Ensure CSR manage customer orders, invoices, complaints, product and price requests in a professional and effective manner.
- Ensure CSR have a proactive approach to sales not yet received and informing customers of new products, promotions, etc.
- Ensure CSR handle special requests, priority deliveries and other predefined services according to Service Menu.
- Ensure proactive communication to sales force about ideas, concerns, feedback from customers.
- Support Central planning Team concerning stocking policy, including maintenance of consignment/MTL agreements, forecast coordination, and performance of FG inventory.
- Support S&OP process with cooperation with Demand managers and Central Planning Team.
- Ensure a proper maintenance of master date and all data relating OTC in SAP in MDG and CRM.
- Ensure performance of the team driven by defined KPIs.
- Ensure alignment with IMS (Integrated Management System to prevent our business activities from endangering people, the environment, property, or the reputation of the company).
- Ensure culture of development and continual improvement is promoted within the team.
- Visit customers together with Sales Representative to better understand their needs and bring idea about improvement of service.
- Support actively projects across Sbu.
- Support IM team initiatives such as new functions, new developments, new flows (also among different company’s systems), SAP operating system upgrades whenever needed (ex: next PRISM system implementation=new SAP system).
- Support and promote any new company tool (ex.: MDG - Celonis - sales order data mining- IHART for SLOB activities, CRM tool for customers tasks, or ticketing tool system, ROCK tool for in control internal procedures, ++) to keep CSR kpi under control, to improve CSR team performance and to support other company main kpis , or to be able to interface/manage CSR daily activities with relevant Third Party companies (such as 4PL, 3PL – Infosys, TCS,.etc.).
- Lead and drive employee engagement throughout the team.
About You
- High School or higher degree.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is a must. Any other language is welcome.
- Team leader experience.
- Soft skills.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in team.
- Flexible, reliable.
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office programs with special note for Excel.
