Recruitment Delivery Manager (Nightshift)

As a Recruitment Delivery Manager you will lead the overall service delivery of the Talent Solutions team through the established processes while always innovating to improve. Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution:
- Communicating the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects, and additional service offerings
- Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk
- Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the ‘AGS Way’/DBC/PFDC, ensuring seamless delivery between the onsite and offshore resources.
- Representing the Allegis brand in the market to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation of recruitment best practice/employer of choice.
- Ensuring effective performance management of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set, appropriate development plans are devised, and coaching and mentoring are provided
- Developing and supporting each Team lead to achieve high performance.
- Attract, develop and help people reach their aspirations by being a career advisor.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and participate in company-wide initiatives.
- Managing relationships with third-party service providers as assigned
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 plus years of experience in Recruitment & 2 to 3 years’ experience in team handling skills
- Other related industry designations, certificates, licenses or coursework helpful.
- Experience in the staffing industry.
- Preferred staffing experience from a contingent or retained agency environment.
- Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the US Recruitment process
- Possess strong written and oral English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.

- Amenable to work in the NIGHT SHIFT as this role will support North America and willing to work in Pasig, City (hybrid work setup)
