Iloilo Support Roles - Training / Workforce / Operations / HR (Executive, Team Leader and/or Manager)

Must have good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills.
Manages team performance.
Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
Performs administrative tasks for Operational support.
Lead teams into achieving metric goals, complete monthly deliverable and tasks 

Iloilo Operations Team

• Completed at least 2 years in College
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations / Training / Workforce as Team Lead or Manager
• Preferably with experience in Travel, Healthcare, Insurance or Financial Account

Sourcing Associate

• Must be a College Graduate
• Preferably with at least 6 months of recruitment/sourcing experience, but freshers are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work in Iloilo Site
• Must be willing to work in a contractual role and candidate is subject to absorption or extension basis performance
