Account Manager 24/7 - Security and Events
About the Role

This position is responsible for leading daily security operations, managing staff scheduling, overseeing security systems and technical processes, and supporting large-scale event operations. The ideal candidate is an experienced security leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the operational demands of venues hosting high attendance events.

What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate scheduling for all 24/7 venue security personnel
Oversee building and venue security systems, access control, and operational processes
Manage, coach, and mentor security supervisors and team members to ensure exceptional performance and compliance
Support event operations including planning, coordination, and execution for large-scale events
Partner with venue leadership, event management teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver safe event experiences
Serve as liaison with local law enforcement, emergency services, and public safety agencies
Lead incident response, investigations, and crisis management efforts
Prepare reports and documentation related to incidents, investigations, or legal matters
Ensure proper handling and accountability of security equipment and technology
Travel occasionally for regional meetings and operational support
Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in venue security, event security, or large-scale operations
Strong operational mindset with ability to manage complex environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
Commitment to safety, service excellence, and team development
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 5 years of security experience, preferably in venue, stadium, arena, convention center, or large facility environments
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in a large account (1100+ HPW)
Military, law enforcement, EMS, or public safety background preferred
Ability to pass background screening
Ability to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%)
- Flexible schedule may include nights and weekends
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, and hearing
Occasional climbing, bending, reaching overhead, and working in confined spaces
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 45 pounds
Strong visual awareness including peripheral vision and depth perception
Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic venue environment supporting both daily operations and large-scale events. Team members may work in indoor and outdoor settings and should be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-attendance environments.
