Job Description

Acting as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for your assigned business areas Advising and supporting leaders on the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, retention, and offboarding Providing guidance on employee relations matters such as performance issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with German labor law and internal policies Consulting and supporting organizational changes (e.g., restructurings, role changes, team adjustments) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Ensuring consistent and compliant application of HR policies, standards, and processes Collaborating closely with HR Centres of Expertise to implement HR initiatives and solutions Cooperating constructively with the Works Council and supporting leaders in matters subject to co-determination, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance with applicable regulations Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism Contributing to cross-functional HR and business projects
