Job Description:
As a Graduate Technical Author, you will work closely with our R&D, Design, and UX/UI teams to understand our technology and build strong relationships with subject matter experts. You will play a key role in creating high-quality technical content for customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week based in our Cambridge headquarters.

What you’ll do
In this role, you will support end users and create clear, engaging technical documentation for a range of audiences. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams and external translators to ensure content is accurate and accessible globally.
Key responsibilities include:
Writing, editing, and proofreading technical documentation
Curating content and liaising with translators to support multiple languages
Reviewing documentation and providing constructive feedback
Assisting end users by clarifying and improving technical materials

You may also have:
The ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, from experienced engineers to junior users
Experience writing technical or long-form academic content
Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail
