Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance & Reporting Expert to lead reporting initiatives, enhance automation, and support management with critical business insights

What you’ll be doing: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve advanced reporting capabilities, ensuring high levels of automation, scalability, and data integrity

Design and enhance Power BI dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting solutions to effectively communicate operational and business performance

Analyze complex operational and business data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization

Lead reporting, analytics, and performance management initiatives, driving operational efficiency, process improvements, and cost optimization opportunities

Collaborate with Data, Finance, and Operational teams to ensure accurate data integration, governance, reporting standards, and data quality

Build and optimize automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Python, and other reporting technologies

Conduct advanced ad hoc analyses, prepare management presentations, and support business planning, budgeting, and transformation initiatives

Define, document, and improve reporting methodologies, processes, and best practices to ensure sustainability and consistency across the organization.Act as a subject matter expert in reporting and performance management, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team

Support the implementation of new systems, reporting solutions, and performance frameworks while maintaining strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships

What you’ll bring: Minimum secondary education; higher education in related field is an advantage

Fluent Czech/Polish and English at B2 level or higher

Advanced expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and Power BI

Practical experience with automation tools such as Python, Power Automate, or other workflow automation platforms

Strong understanding of operational processes, performance management, and data governance principles

Proven experience in performance reporting, dashboard development, and advanced data analysis

Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations and executive-level insights

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills

Proactive mindset, ownership, adaptability, and strong focus on business and customer needs
