O que você vai fazer?
- Atender clientes por telefone, 0800, e-mail e sistema (Salesforce)
- Gerenciar pedidos da sua carteira, garantindo atualizações e execução adequada
- Acompanhar recusas e devoluções junto a transportadoras, clientes e equipe comercial
- Elaborar relatórios para clientes estratégicos
- Apoiar a organização de entregas emergenciais com transportadoras e armazém
- Identificar riscos de prazo (SLA) e acionar as áreas responsáveis
- Colaborar com outras atividades da área conforme necessário
O que você precisa ter?
Requisitos obrigatórios
- Estar cursando ensino superior (a partir do 3º semestre, em qualquer área)
- Disponibilidade para estagiar 30 horas semanais em modelo híbrido
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
- Organização, proatividade e vontade de aprender
Diferenciais (não obrigatórios)
- Interesse por atendimento ao cliente, operações, logística ou experiência do cliente (CX)
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento ou CRM (ex.: Salesforce)
