
Production Associate

Responsibilities:
The Production Associate is responsible for operating a production line, while ensuring adherence to company standards for safety, clean environment, quality, and productivity in order to meet customer requirements.
Responsible for pulling product, production, and quality inspections on all production work orders.
Responsible for recording batch and cure dates accurately.
Will read work orders and identify any special requirements and packaging instructions.
Responsible for the line performance regarding output and uptime
Responsible for maintaining high-quality products by inspecting cord for defects on both raw materials and finished products.
Picking product using forklift/ cherry picker for production.
Digitally documents process and quality data.
Responsible for ensuring product is labeled appropriately, relabeling when necessary.
Operates and monitors equipment used in the production process.
Ensures production processes remain compliant with Quality Policies and initiates appropriate measures in case of deviations.
Cleans and maintains machines and equipment; return any extra material to its original location.
Maintain all safety and 5S standards.
Will adhere to all ISO standards and participate in audits.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work shifts
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
Ability to identify, pull, splice, and vulcanize appropriate materials per the work order.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a semi regular basis.
Basic computer skills (preferred).
