About the Role
Act as a distribution sales to achieve in business targets, formulate business plans & marketing campaigns with digital marketing focused, explore new business opportunities/partners and execute relationship management of existing business partnersRoles and Responsibilities:
- Business Target Achievement (30%)
- Achieve business targets for personal & commercial lines including individual medical products through Digital & Affinity Partner channels by formulating business and marketing strategies, supported by sound market intelligence and business analysis;
- Manage to draw up business plan and marketing proposals; drive various business projects and promotional campaigns including but not limited to digital marketing (e.g. SEM) / advertising, and/or other cost effective initiatives;
- Business Partners Onboarding and Relationship (30%)
- Explore new business opportunities / partners with distinctive and innovative ideas for long term development of business sources and lead generation;
- Maintain good relationship with existing partners to ensure sustainable business growth from the partners
- Business and agreement term negotiation with business partners and internal parties e.g. Legal & Compliance
- Data Analytics & Conversion Optimization (20%)
- Able to leverage generative AI for content, creatives, and campaign testing
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve sales pipeline performance
- Loyalty Club Management (10%)
- Manage various marketing deliverables of membership club to support the continuous growth of customer loyalty, sales and user-experience;
- Project Management (10%)
- Participate in product development, revamp and service enhancement projects;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of programs and initiatives;
Education/Work Experience:
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related disciplines or related disciplines with not less than 5 years related working experiences;
- Fulfilment of the fit and proper criteria of the Insurance Authority for licensing as an individual insurance agent of the Company, and the minimum education and qualifications requirements, including but not limited to passes in IIQE Paper 1 & 2
- Strong hands-on experience in SEM (Google Ads, Bing), paid social, and programmatic campaigns
- Demonstrated successful case in optimizing campaigns to improve cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA) in insurance products
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and attribution modelling
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, dashboard tools, and A/B testing frameworks
- Familiarity with health, life, or general insurance digital campaigns is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
