Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Space Planning & Workplace Execution
- Execute approved space allocation and seating plans across the site.
- Translate test fits, layouts, and master space plans into actionable execution plans.
- Validate workplace plans against operational, compliance, safety, and occupancy requirements.
Facilities Project Management
- Manage small- to mid-scale workplace and facilities projects, including employee experience initiatives and operational improvements.
- Coordinate vendors, project schedules, scopes, budgets, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, milestones, timelines, and performance commitments to ensure successful execution.
Change Management & Stakeholder Communication
- Lead change management activities related to workplace moves, reconfigurations, and space optimization efforts.
- Deliver clear and timely communications to impacted stakeholders and business partners.
- Mitigate operational impact to manufacturing and business operations during workplace changes and transitions.
Move / Add / Change (MAC) Leadership
- Serve as the primary site lead for all Move, Add, and Change (MAC) activities, including workplace moves, restacks, reconfigurations, onboarding, and offboarding support.
- Develop and manage the site MAC roadmap, aligning sequencing and execution with business and manufacturing priorities.
- Own MAC schedules, dependencies, logistics, and execution plans to minimize operational disruption.
- Lead move readiness activities, day-of-move coordination, and post-move closeout activities.
CAFM / Space Data Management
- Maintain accurate CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) data related to space utilization, occupancy, and assets.
- Ensure post-move data integrity, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Analyze and leverage workplace data to support utilization reporting, capacity planning, and scenario analysis.
Site Master Planning & Scenario Development
- Provide site-level input into master planning and long-range workplace strategy initiatives.
- Develop and evaluate space utilization and move scenarios to support operational and business decisions.
- Partner with Corporate Real Estate and Space Planning teams on future growth and optimization strategies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in:
- Facilities management
- Workplace services
- Space planning support
- Facilities project coordination
- Change management
- Demonstrated experience leading workplace or facilities-related projects.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Space Planning, IT, Real Estate, Facilities, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as:
- IFMA
- BOMI
- PMP
- Other related facilities or project management certifications
- Experience working within regulated manufacturing or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with CAFM and/or CMMS systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and moves.
- Working knowledge of MAC processes, facilities operations, workplace planning, and project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret space plans, furniture layouts, and basic construction drawings.
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills, particularly within change-management environments.
- Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build effective partnerships across functions and organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to support after-hours or time-sensitive workplace moves and project activities, as needed.
