Position Overview
The Order Management Operator I is responsible for prioritizing daily incoming work, opening, sorting, entering, and routing all types of orders for hearing aid instruments and supplies that are received at the facility or through fax, eCommerce, or email, as well as filing daily DHR records.

- Receive, sort, open, and analyze all incoming packages
- Prepare and scan impressions
- Perform calibrations and basic maintenance tasks on impression scanners
- Prioritize and schedule work based on current demand
- Communicate problems with incoming orders to appropriate personnel
- Perform basic order entry
- Deliver all orders to/from Order Entry and designated Manufacturing areas
- Count and analyze all outbound orders received from Order Entry and all inbound orders received from Manufacturing areas
- Maintain records of daily and hourly Order Entry productivity
- Prioritize and schedule work based on current demand
- Create a daily list of orders distributed offshore
- Sort and file offshore DHR records
- Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions, SOP’s, etc.
- Follow verbal instructions from leaders and trainers
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and promote a safe work environment
- Meet attendance, quality, and productivity expectations
- Work in a dynamic, team environment, with flexibility to rotate responsibilities as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
- Attend required training and continuous learning opportunities as assigned
- Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Accomplish other duties as required, including cross-training
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain a clean work area

Desired Qualifications
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education:
Experience:
- 1 year of data entry experience strongly preferred
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
