The role
We are looking for a Senior Supply Planner to lead production planning and execution at our vaccine manufacturing site in Kvistgaard (hybrid role with the option to work from Hellerup as well – after 3-4 months of “getting to know the organization”).
You will own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and play a key role in aligning demand, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and batch release readiness. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Global Planning to ensure transparent and reliable supply execution.
In this role, you will be the operational lead of our Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process by providing visibility into supply risks, constraints, and execution priorities. You will also facilitate the monthly Site Supply Review (SRM), consolidating site-level planning topics for escalation to the Global Supply Review.
This is a highly cross-functional position with strong impact on operational performance and supply reliability. The role reports to Head of Supply Chain.
Key responsibilities
Own the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by translating demand signals into feasible production and capacity plans, ensuring alignment with site priorities, constraints, and planning assumptions
Ensure end‑to‑end supply visibility by proactively identifying supply risks, rescheduling needs, and potential impacts on customer delivery commitments
Align production planning with execution through close collaboration with Manufacturing, identifying capacity constraints, equipment conflicts, and operational bottlenecks, and adjusting plans as needed
Drive Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) by providing planning inputs, risk transparency, and cross‑functional alignment across planning, manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
While facilitating the monthly Site Supply Review (SRM) ensuring alignment of production plans, reviewing actual proven performance (yield, release times, scrap rates), sharing capacity constraints
Maintain batch flow and release transparency by monitoring batch progress, release timelines, and downstream impacts on supply readiness and warehouse flows
Strengthening systems, data, and continuous improvement by maintaining high‑quality planning data in ERP systems and contributing to improvements in planning tools, reporting, and execution accuracy
What you bring
Besides having solid experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations, we expect that you bring experience from complex manufacturing environments, preferably pharmaceutical or biotech. And you excel in Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and short- to mid-term planning horizons. Other relevant experience/skills are:
Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred)
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Experience building dashboards, KPIs, or BI tools Tableau
APICS CPIM certification is considered an advantage
You navigate with ease during complex times and ongoing changes and you bring the personality to build strong relationships across the organization. You bring a structured and supportive personality, strong stakeholder‑management skills, and a sharp analytical mindset. You understand the importance of high‑quality master data, data governance, and aligning business needs with ERP system capabilities. Full proficiency in Danish and English is required.
