• Provide full-scope primary care across the lifespan • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions • Perform preventive care and health screenings • Develop individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams • Educate patients on wellness and disease management • Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR
