This role focuses on delivering high-quality bilingual (English–Spanish) support to residents within a property management environment, ensuring smooth communication and an excellent living experience throughout the tenancy lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact for resident inquiries, lease renewals, and retention efforts, helping reduce turnover and strengthen long-term satisfaction. The position plays an important role in maintaining strong resident relationships through proactive communication, empathy, and timely issue resolution. You will also collaborate closely with property management teams to address concerns that may impact renewals or resident satisfaction. The environment is fast-paced, service-oriented, and highly detail-driven, requiring strong organization and communication skills.
