As a Monetization Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the revenue strategy and product performance of our titles. This is a dynamic position that combines business insight, marketing creativity, and a data-driven mindset to drive impact.
How will you make an impact with us?
Develop and execute monetization strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and player engagement.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of product launches and LiveOps calendars to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
Analyze and optimize monetization mechanics, pricing models, and promotions based on data insights and performance results.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, marketing, analytics) to align monetization efforts with product goals.
Lead or support special monetization-related projects to enhance the player experience and lifetime value.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve monetization performance.
Use tools like Asana and analytics platforms to track, plan, and report on monetization activities.
