At ATC, we’re looking for a Lead Construction Program Manager – Large Load Interconnection Projects to own and deliver some of our most strategic, high-impact programs—connecting large customers, advancing new technologies, and strengthening the reliability of the electric transmission system.
This role is ideal for a proven program leader who thrives in complexity, operates confidently at the executive level, and brings the discipline to deliver multi-million-dollar infrastructure work from strategy through execution.
Essential Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale interconnection programs
- Develop and execute program strategies aligned to transmission objectives
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and contractors
- Lead negotiation of project and supply agreements
- Guide projects through regulatory and permitting processes
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive program execution
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in construction, project, or program management
- Proven success leading capital programs ($100M+)
- Experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong financial, analytical, and program management skills
- Experience with Primavera P6 or similar tools

The targeted base pay for this position is $171,600 to $200,200 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
