Job Summary The Systems Engineer 3 is responsible to ensure complete capture and memorialization of project stakeholder requirements, allocate technical budgets among subsystems, define subsystem interfaces, and create system level CDRL/SDRL’s. Specific areas of ownership include system level requirements and artifacts, and system level Risk / FMECA / SHA documents.
