The Vehicle Logistics Agent III is responsible for professionally ensuring customer car purchase and transport inquiries in a high-volume, sales-driven, service-oriented environment occur. This role includes vehicle pick-up and delivery operations, carrier relationships, and timely delivery of purchased vehicles. The role emphasizes providing an exceptional customer experience for both internal and external customers while minimizing transport-related leakage. Vehicle Purchasing experience is responsible for ensuring a great customer experience through various lead channels.
