Finance Intern, Hotel Cala di Volpe & Hotel Cervo, Costa Smeralda
We are looking for an Intern to join the Finance Department based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy. If you are currently enrolled in a university or master’s program in Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field, this opportunity is for you!
Main activities
- Accounts payable and general ledger accounting activities:
- vendor invoices
- travel expenses
- vendor payments
- property taxes and concessions
- salaries and wages and related social contribution and taxes
- balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- bank accounts reconciliations
- Reporting and budgeting
- posting of monthly accruals
- daily revenues analysis and reporting
- monthly P&L with critique analysis of actuals
- rolling forecast analysis
To be considered for an internship:
- must be a postgraduate or a current student in a university or master’s program in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field
- must be available for 5-6 months
- speak Italian and English fluently
- possess a good knowledge of MS Office
