Job Description
Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing industry in an Account Management role
- Extensive experience working with major systems integrators and preferred – Tier 1 -vendors
- Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long term client relationships
- Experience in cross selling, up selling with in client relationship
- Experience in attending network events and expanding the client network
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
- Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity and strong oral/written communication skills
- Experience managing team of recruiters- guiding them in sourcing process
- Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify new prime vendors/ systems integrators
- Strong proficiency in conducting risk mitigation with the candidates before submitting to client
- Be a people person in and have a proven track record of maintaining candidate retentivity
- verbal communication skills MUST be outstanding
