Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Staffing industry in an Account Management role
  • Extensive experience working with major systems integrators and preferred – Tier 1 -vendors 
  • Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long term client relationships
  • Experience in cross selling, up selling with in client relationship 
  • Experience in attending network events and expanding the client network
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
  • Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity and strong oral/written communication skills
  • Experience managing team of recruiters- guiding them in sourcing process
  • Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify new prime vendors/ systems integrators
  • Strong proficiency in conducting risk mitigation with the candidates before submitting to client
  • Be a people person in and have a proven track record of maintaining candidate retentivity
  • verbal communication skills MUST be outstanding
