Job Description

  1. Dig deep into core product USP, and together with team and partners develop differentiated e-commerce promotion strategies based on the characteristics of categories such as wipers, filters, and other commodities.
  2. Identify business growth opportunities through multi-dimensional analysis of product sales data, inventory data and user feedback, and optimize product portfolio and SKU structure.
  3. Promote blockbuster product development, focus on high-potential categories (such as products adapted for new energy vehicle owners), and cooperate with relevant departments to meet the blockbuster requirements of "perceivable pain points, high gross profit, and price-effectiveness matching".
  4. Monitor competitor dynamics on major e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD.com, Douyin, etc.), including pricing, marketing activities and product iterations, and form competitor analysis reports to support decision-making.
  5. Conduct business negotiations with e-commerce service providers (TP) and distributors, clarify cooperation rights, service standards and inventory optimization plans, and maintain stable cooperative relationships.
  6. Cooperate with ecommerce platforms to secure traffic resources and policy support, avoid disorderly competition, and synchronize platform development dynamics.
  1. Cross-departmental collaboration experience.
  2. Strong data analysis ability, able to identify opportunities and problems through sales data, market data and competitor data.
  3. Good business negotiation, communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently link internal and external teams to promote product development and business landing. GtM experience is a plus.
  4. Clear logical thinking and strong execution ability, with problem-solving ability to respond to sudden situations such as price wars and platform policy changes.
