Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Advertiser Enablement Manager to join the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to TikTok's Global Business Solutions organization, helping the world's largest advertisers leverage TikTok's creator ecosystem, content solutions, and emerging advertising products to drive business growth at scale.

As the Advertiser Enablement lead for Global Accounts, you will partner closely with senior sales leadership, product teams, regional stakeholders, and executive client contacts to accelerate adoption of TikTok's creator and content solutions across international markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to some of TikTok's most strategic advertisers, helping shape global creator strategies, unlock revenue opportunities, and influence product direction through market feedback and industry expertise.

This role requires exceptional executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex global organizations while driving alignment across multiple regions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Global Advertiser Strategy & Executive Partnership

  • Serve as the primary Advertiser Enablement partner for a portfolio of strategic global advertisers and agencies.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders, global media decision makers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Consult advertisers on leveraging TikTok's creator ecosystem and content solutions across international markets.
  • Participate in executive business reviews, annual planning discussions, and strategic client engagements.

Revenue Growth & Business Impact

  • Partner with Global Sales leadership to identify and accelerate creator-led revenue opportunities.
  • Influence advertiser investment strategies through data-driven recommendations and thought leadership.
  • Support global account planning and multi-market expansion opportunities.
  • Drive adoption of emerging products and solutions across large-scale advertiser portfolios.

Global Program Leadership

  • Develop scalable enablement frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that can be leveraged across regions.
  • Identify industry trends, market opportunities, and advertiser needs to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead global workshops, client trainings, and executive briefings.
  • Share market intelligence and advertiser feedback to help shape future product strategy and roadmap discussions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Operations, Legal, Finance, and regional business teams.
  • Drive alignment across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC stakeholders.
  • Influence without authority across complex cross-functional organizations.
  • Act as a voice of the advertiser during product development and commercialization discussions.

Industry Thought Leadership

  • Represent TikTok at industry events, client summits, and executive forums.
  • Establish credibility as a subject matter expert in creator marketing, content strategy, and digital advertising innovation.
  • Develop executive-ready insights, recommendations, and business cases that influence advertiser investment decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing, creator partnerships, consulting, account strategy, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise-level client relationships and executive stakeholder engagements.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, product adoption, or strategic business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams across multiple organizations and levels of seniority.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global advertisers, multinational brands, or international agency holding companies.
  • Experience leading multi-market initiatives or global go-to-market programs.
  • Deep understanding of creator marketing, influencer ecosystems, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience partnering with Product and GTM teams to influence commercialization strategies.
  • Familiarity with TikTok advertising products and creator solutions.
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders.
  • Experience working across multiple regions, cultures, and business environments.
