Performance Marketing Executive

Role Overview 

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growth team. You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns across digital channels, with a focus on driving efficient acquisition and measurable business outcomes. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience running ads across Meta, Google, and other platforms, and a solid understanding of performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities: 

•  Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and drive data-led decisions

• Build and test ad creatives, audience segments, and targeting strategies in collaboration with content and design teams

• Own daily budget pacing, bid strategies, and funnel optimization

• Report on performance with actionable insights and campaign learnings

• Stay updated on platform changes, tools, and best practices

• Collaborate with category, product, design, analytics teams to align on overall growth strategy
  
  

What we are looking for: 

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably in an agency)

• Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager

• Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.)

• Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets and performance targets

• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-driven setup

• Bonus: Experience with edtech, lead-gen funnels.
