About the Role
We’re looking for a strong Lead Cook to help drive a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen in our Tasting Rooms. This role is hands-on—cooking, leading by example, and supporting the team to deliver consistent, high-quality food.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the kitchen in the Kitchen Manager’s absence
- Cook and execute all stations as needed
- Train and support team members on procedures and standards
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes
- Keep stations stocked, organized, and service-ready
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory, prep, and daily specials
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in high-volume kitchens (restaurant, banquet, or catering)
- Ability to work all stations with minimal supervision
- Prior leadership or training experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe a plus)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
