Responsible for handling incoming, outgoing and interoffice mail.What You'll Do
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Process all incoming and outgoing envelopes and packages from services such as United Parcel Service and Federal Express, and any overnight delivery
- Determine and affix postage and maintain records on postage, registered mail and packages.
- Prepare inter-branch bags for delivery
- May coordinate delivery of documents to record management/shredding companies
- May perform other administrative tasks such as ordering such as ordering and storing office supplies, filing correspondence and other documents, sending and receiving faxes, photocopying and doing computer data entry.
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in position
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
