Responsibilities
The PM (Facility Engineer Manager) is responsible for ensuring that the Team is following the RTP SOW and is on call 24/7/365 to respond to site issues. The PM (Facility Engineer Manager) is responsible for developing a positive culture that people are attracted to as well as executing M.C
Dean’s Operational Maturity Model to completion.
- Ensure each shift is staffed in accordance with SOW minimum staffing requirements.
- Oversee any daily changes to staffing to meet operational requirements.
- Manage any HR related issues of staff and union employees within their organization.
- Manage all overtime and identify task specific overtime for submission to the client for reimbursement approval.
- Review and approve all timecards for employees within their organization.
- Work directly with EPA COR and their personnel to resolve daily or foreseeable issues that may impact operations. Communicate with the COR for any issues that require COR support.
- Ensure that the RTP Team has everything needed for daily operations.
- Resolve all issues for the RTP Team necessary to avoid delays in maintenance or repairs.
- Ensure all processes for the RTP Team align with RTP Campus’s Operational Requirements.
