Specialist SC Shipping DUN

• Plan trailers / containers according to daily requirements / maximum capacity
• Create and close out load lists in SAP for all customers
• Create manual shipping documents
• Get quotes from carriers
• Maintain customer- and trucking portals in the web
• Monitor due dates
• Communicate with production planers, carriers, material handlers, supervisor, warehouse manager
• Scan and file shipping documents

Other office duties

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Computer knowledge
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good attendance record
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work variable office hours, also weekends if necessary
• forklift license
• SAP and customs knowledge preferable
