Job Description

Inetum is looking for a dedicated Level 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team and provide expert support, training, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools in a modern enterprise environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to resolve complex user concerns.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions, guides, and resources to improve user confidence and productivity.
  • Promote adoption of new features by showing their real-world applications in daily workflows.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tools to meet specific organizational and team needs.
  • Implement accessibility features and promote inclusive software usage.
  • Enhance team collaboration by ensuring seamless integration of Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, best practices, and recurring issue resolutions.
  • Work closely with infrastructure teams (Network, Wintel, Security) and stakeholders to align tools with business needs.
  • Provide process training to business owners and promote best practices.
  • ​​​​​​Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Microsoft 365-focused role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
  • Background in Enterprise Data Management and data governance solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and customization.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to bridge technical solutions with real user needs.
  • Strong communication skills for training and support.
  • Fluent in English (B2–C1 level).
