More about the role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to light the way as a Project Coordinator Intern at the Signify Foundation in Amsterdam (Edge West).
In this role, you’ll support our small and dynamic team in managing over 150 global projects with NGO partners and CSR champions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring & evaluation.
Your tasks will include:
Supporting project management and process improvement
Coordinating with NGO partners and internal stakeholders
Managing and maintaining Optimy (our monitoring and evaluation tool)
Supporting quarterly Board meetings and general team operations
Contributing to research and communications activities

Studies in Development, Sustainability, Social Development, AI, or related fields
Living within one hour of Amsterdam
Experience with contracts, NGOs or the charity sector
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva)

Notes
- EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.
- Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
