Job Description
ARS is looking for an Azure Help Desk - Operations & Maintenance Support. As an Operations & Maintenance Support you will be responsible for overall administration, operations and maintenance of a classified Azure environment and all associated software including, but not limited to subscription and marketplace management, monitoring end-to-end system health, maintenance tasks such as patching, troubleshooting as needed, and automation of deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications and services. They will also be responsible for maintaining a Windows Active Directory domain and supporting Linux infrastructure in the classified region.
