The position combines people leadership with deep technical involvement, requiring you to actively contribute to architecture decisions, backend development, and production support when needed. You will partner closely with product and cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, manage delivery, and balance technical tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis is placed on building a healthy, high-performing team culture centered on accountability, growth, and engineering excellence. You will also play a key role in improving system observability, reliability, and operational maturity.
