Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across workstreams like knowledge transfer, technology, and people integration. Ensure readiness and a smooth execution. Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management Good to have skills : ServiceNow Integration Hub Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Transition Lead, a typical day involves overseeing and coordinating the comprehensive process of transitioning services, teams, or processes to new operational states. This role requires managing multiple timelines and engaging with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The Transition Lead facilitates smooth knowledge transfer, integrates technology and personnel effectively, and ensures all aspects of the transition are prepared and executed with minimal disruption. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of plans are essential to maintain readiness and achieve seamless delivery throughout the transition period. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned. - Monitor progress and risks associated with transition activities, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their development within the transition process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management, ServiceNow Integration Hub. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub. - Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and best practices. - Ability to manage complex workflows and automate processes within ServiceNow. - Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder expectations. - Familiarity with change management and risk assessment methodologies related to service transitions.
