As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality standards are prioritized throughout the project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ACPS - EPDS.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable system design.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing complex project deliveries.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring high-quality code standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to provide innovative technical solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ACPS - EPDS.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
