In the role of Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO, you will provide dedicated support to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and serve as a key member of the Office of the CEO. This is a highly visible role that requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and organizational excellence. You will help drive operational efficiency across the Office of the CEO, enabling the Chief of Staff and leadership team to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
You will work in coordination with and take direction from the CEO’s Executive Assistant, while partnering closely with the Chief of Staff, members of the Executive Leadership Team, and key stakeholders across the company to coordinate activities, drive follow-through on critical initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of leadership and Board priorities.
Responsibilities
Exercise judgment and initiative, practice a high degree of flexibility, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment to get the job done
Manage calendars for internal and external meetings, using insight, decision-making, and prioritization skills to manage action items
Work in coordination with the CEO’s Executive Assistant to support Office of the CEO priorities
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff, Comms, Legal, Investor Relations, and other key stakeholders
Provide back-up support for the CEO’s Executive Assistant and broader executive administrative team, as needed
Prepare and manage confidential material with integrity, discretion, and good judgment
Manage and reconcile expense reports and purchase requisition submissions
Serve as a leader within the EA community, helping drive best practices, foster collaboration, and contribute to a high-performing administrative organization
Champion responsible AI adoption across the EA community by sharing best practices, practical use cases, and confidence-building support
Help pilot and scale AI-enabled workflows with the CEO’s EA, Chief of Staff, and the EA community to improve prioritization and efficiency
Resolve time-critical issues with a high degree of precision and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Anticipate the needs of the executive’s team
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years executive administrative experience
Outstanding planning and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, adhere to critical timelines, and multi-task
Strong technical skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and AI-enabled productivity tools; ability to quickly learn, apply, and champion new technologies
Excellent communication skills; ability to prioritize, take direction, and work independently on projects
Ability to learn new technology, processes, and change directions quickly
Effective in a constantly evolving environment
Desire and ability to positively influence the culture of the department and the company
Genuine interest in the business and desire to understand how we function, why we function, who our clients are, and what our industry is about
Ability to create and maintain effective relationships

Additional Details
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$120,000 - $150,000Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
