Youth Care Worker

A Youth Care Worker provides daily support of the youth in our program at Safe Passage, Youth Care Workers provide interactive supervision, support and direction for the youth at Safe Passage. Youth Care Worker's document the day of the youth, engage in the structure, and provide support to youth who are having behavioral issues. A Youth Care Worker works a scheduled 84 hours per week, working a heavier work load one week and a lighter work load the alternating week working 12 hour days.  Youth care workers have alternating weekends off.
