The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing while working closely with SDRs, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Customer Success.
Beyond closing deals, you'll play an important role in helping us build a high-performing sales organization. Your ideas, feedback, and experience will directly influence our sales processes, market approach, and team culture.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial execution with an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys helping shape the future of a growing SaaS business.
What You'll Do
Drive New Business Growth
Own the full sales cycle for SMB / mid-market customers across DACH
Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting, SDR support, inbound demand, partnerships, and referrals
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Develop territory plans and prioritize opportunities with the highest growth potential
Become a Trusted Advisor
Run structured discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and objectives
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases
Guide stakeholders through the evaluation and decision-making process
Navigate complex buying groups across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams
Position Mobilexpense as a strategic solution rather than a transactional purchase
Help Build the Sales Organization
Contribute to the development of sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
Help shape messaging and go-to-market strategies together with Sales Development, Marketing and Product
Support a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration
Actively contribute to building a high-performance team environment
Collaborate Across the Business
Partner closely with SDR’s on account planning and pipeline development
Work with Marketing to improve campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Collaborate with Product to provide customer insights and market feedback
Ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success and set customers up for long-term success
