Job Description

This position is responsible for monitoring & controlling the fermentation/purification process through field work, communication, and lab testing, all while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.   This is a 12-hr. rotating shift position (WORK Monday, Tuesday; OFF Wednesday, Thursday; WORK Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Then, OFF Monday Tuesday; WORK Wednesday, Thursday; OFF Friday, Saturday, Sunday).  2 weeks on Dayshift and then 2 weeks on Nighshift (5:30 a.m./p.m. - 5:30 p.m./a.m.)
