About the role

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales data from internal systems (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.)

  • Build and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly sales performance)

  • Track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, and sales cycles

  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes

  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in sales performance

  • Assist in pricing analysis, promotions, and campaign tracking

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams

  • Maintain dashboards (e.g. Power Bl)

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or similar role

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (both written and verbally)

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas)

  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus

Desired Skills and Capabilities

  • Basic SQL knowledge

  • Understanding of sales funnels and commercial metrics

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams

  • Critical thinking – doesn’t just report numbers, explains them

  • Attention to detail – catches inconsistencies fast

  • Communication – can translate data into business language

  • Curiosity – asks “why” behind the numbers
